Privacy Policy - Lifelong

Zaza Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built Lifelong ("the App") as a personal health timeline app for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.

What Data the App Stores

Lifelong stores the health events, profile names, notes, and optional profile photos you enter. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service. When you select a profile photo, the App accesses only that specific image from your photo library.

How We Access Your Data

Your health data is only accessible to you and anyone you explicitly choose to share a profile with. We do not access, view, or store your health information on our behalf.

Apple provides us with anonymous, aggregated analytics through App Store Connect (such as download counts and crash reports). This data cannot be used to identify you or access your health information. These analytics are governed by Apple's own privacy terms.

Third-Party Services

The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools. The only external service involved is Apple's iCloud/CloudKit, governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your data to any third party.

Data Deletion

You control your data entirely. You can delete individual events, clear all events for a profile, or delete dependent profiles directly within the App. To remove all data including iCloud-synced copies, you may also delete the App and manage your iCloud storage through iOS Settings.

Children's Privacy

Lifelong is not directed at children under 13. The App allows users to create dependent profiles (e.g., for a child), which are managed by a parent or guardian. All dependent profile data is stored in the parent or guardian's own iCloud account under the same protections described above. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
